I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher serving the Northern Virginia area since 2017. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge of healing energies with others who have had difficulty finding relief from chronic pain, stress, and trauma. When conventional medicinal approaches failed to address my own health concerns, I turned to alternative therapies like yoga, Reiki, and therapeutic massage. My intensive study of the body and its energy properties have had a deep and lasting impact in all areas of my life, far above and beyond my initial pursuit of pain management. I have dedicated years to mastering the same skills that brought me so much comfort, so I could also help others find relief. I combine the more physical, clinical techniques like orthopedic and sports massage with the subtler, energy healing techniques like Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation to bridge the gaps between healing mind, body, and spirit. I am a graduate of the Northern Virginia Community College Massage Therapy Program and earned my Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Certification through YogaFit.
