This holistic therapeutic treatment combines the power of energy healing with therapeutic massage, somatic practices and breathwork. During the session, I use my intuitive perception to scan your energy system. I listen to the subtle messages your energy offers, revealing patterns and ways of being that may be affecting you physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. As physical tension softens away, you will feel a deep sense of relaxation while the integration of energy healing brings a renewed inner peace and harmonious fluidity to mind, body, and spirit. We will use time toward the end of this energy session to sit together to pass along your energy's messages and guide you on steps you may take to continue your self-healing work.
